These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for using the properties' website, located at https://www.lyonretreat.com/.

By accessing this website or booking a stay at Lyon Retreat or Cozy Clarendon Studio, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not continue to use the website or services.

Unless otherwise stated, Lyon Retreat and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on the website.

• You may access content from the Lyon Retreat and Cozy Clarendon Studio website for personal use, subject to the restrictions outlined in these terms and conditions.

Guest Responsibilities

By booking a stay at Lyon Retreat or Cozy Clarendon Studio, you agree to:

• Respect the Property: Treat the property, furnishings, and neighbors with respect. Any damages caused during your stay may result in additional charges.

• Adhere to Occupancy Limits:

• Lyon Retreat: Accommodates a maximum of 10 people across the main level, upper level, and guest house.

• Cozy Clarendon Studio: Accommodates a maximum of 2 people in the lower-level apartment.

Exceeding these limits may result in cancellation of your booking without a refund or additional charges.

• Pets: Pets are not allowed in either unit.

• Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property.

• Events/Parties: Events and parties are not allowed in either unit.

• Check-In/Check-Out Times:

• Check-in is at 4:00 PM.

• Check-out is at 11:00 AM.

• Late check-outs may incur additional fees unless pre-approved.

• Identity Verification and Security Deposit:

• After booking, you will receive an email to verify your identity.

• Once your stay is fully approved, you will have the option to select a $500 refundable security deposit or a $35 insurance policy.

• Parking:

• Lyon Retreat: The driveway can accommodate up to 3 vehicles off-street. Coordination with guests in the Cozy Clarendon Studio may be required if both units are occupied.

• Cozy Clarendon Studio:

• Off-Street Parking: Parking for one vehicle is available in the driveway with coordination with guests in Lyon Retreat.

• Street Parking: A permit can be provided for street parking if off-street parking is unavailable.

• No Warranties: We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the website content or services.

• Limited Liability: We are not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses incurred during your use of the website or your stay at Lyon Retreat or Cozy Clarendon Studio, except as required by law.

• Force Majeure: We are not responsible for delays or cancellations due to events outside our control (e.g., natural disasters, government regulations).
